EIB - Internal Communications Specialists
We are looking for Internal Communications Specialists to develop internal communication strategies for employees at the European Investment Bank, spreading EU values, the institution organizational values, enhancing employees embracement of EIB culture, vision and objectives.
About this position
Your goal is to support the European Investment Bank in its internal communications, encouraging employees to adhere core values and culture, creating engament and embracing permanent evolution and training.
We are looking for candidates with a Degree in Journalism, Media, Communications or related field, with at least five years of relevant experience in internal communications, institutional or corporate, change management and engagement strategies.
The challenge
- Develop internal communication strategies for employees
- Write and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and memos
- Manage intranet content and employee communication channels
- Support change management communications
- Organize internal events, gatherings, and leadership updates
- Create employee engagement campaigns
- Manage internal surveys, feedback loops, and communication audits
- Align employees with organizational values, goals, and culture
Skills required
- Full working proficiency in English, accredited with at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (or equivalent) and of the national language of the country where the specialist is required
- Creativity
- Team player
- Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Very good knowledge of the rules of typography
- Knowledge of printing techniques
- Understanding of the purpose of communication
- Understanding of the working environment and especially the banking sector
- Customer-oriented approach
