The Overall Objective of the Statement of Work shall be as follows: MTN require a Senior business analyst that will be responsible for providing strategic business analysis services to business. Working closely with business to gain in depth understanding of business needs, business processes and context in which the business operates and understand, and document capabilities needed to address business challenges.

In accordance with the CSSC Agreement, the Customer and THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER Optimus wish to conclude this Statement of Work for Services, under the provisions of the Agreement and the Services Supply Agreement. This Statement of Work shall commence on 18 August 2025 and automatically terminate on 17 November 2025 unless otherwise stated by MTN. MTN reserves the right to terminate services with prior notice to the THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER whenever necessary.

The role requires a qualified resource trained in Lean Six Sigma (minimum Green Belt advantageous) and experienced in applying structured process improvement methodologies. Resource Type and Experience: - Minimum 3-year degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering - Minimum 5 years solid process re-engineering experience - Proficient in using process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, ARIS, or equivalent - Strong skills in business process analysis, process modelling, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Project management skills (advantageous) - Telco experience and knowledge of mobile financial services (preferred) - Digital services/product experience - Knowledge of DMAIC approach for delivering process optimisation projects - Identifying opportunities for process improvements - Identifying process variances and waste in current processes - Business process analysis and business process mapping for different business functions - Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple key stakeholders

Senior Java Fullstack developer role requiring extensive experience in Java development and related technologies.

Must have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring, Git, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, ES6, CSS, SASS, Oracle, SQL, Hibernate, SOAP, REST, AWS Cloud Technologies (Serverless Framework, Lambda functions), and Micro Services.

Specific expertise : At least 8 years of experience in JAVA development (min. competence level 5) At least 5 years of experience in J2EE/JSP/SF (min. competence level 4) At least 5 years of experience in Angular development (min. competence level 4) At least 5 years of experience in Spring Boot and JPA (min. competence level 4) At least 5 years of experience in Spring (min. competence level 4) At least 5 years of experience in Git (min. competence level 4) At least 4 years of experience in HTML5, Javascript, ES6, CSS3 and SASS (min. competence level 3) At least 4 years of experience in Oracle and SQL (min. competence level 4) At least 2 years of experience in Hibernate (min. competence level 3) At least 5 years of experience in webservices (SOAP, REST) (min. competence level 3) At least 1 year of experience in AWS Cloud Technologies Serverless Framework / Lambda functions and Micro Services (min. competence level 2) At least 2 years of experience in Agile (min. competence level 3) The following items are an asset but not mandatory: Experience with DevOps practices.
