Senior Business Analyst
The Overall Objective of the Statement of Work shall be as follows:
MTN require a Senior business analyst that will be responsible for providing strategic business analysis services to business. Working closely with business to gain in depth understanding of business needs, business processes and context in which the business operates and understand, and document capabilities needed to address business challenges.
About this position
Review business processes and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency
Manage and oversee requirements gathering, elicitation, documentation and management of business requirements.
Lead and manage delivery of medium to complex projects
Enforcing of project deadlines and schedules, communicate effectively with stakeholders and apply project standards and manage BA resources in respect to delivery and quality
Effective management of Business Analyst team
