The Overall Objective of the Statement of Work shall be as follows: MTN require a Senior business analyst that will be responsible for providing strategic business analysis services to business. Working closely with business to gain in depth understanding of business needs, business processes and context in which the business operates and understand, and document capabilities needed to address business challenges.

In accordance with the CSSC Agreement, the Customer and THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER Optimus wish to conclude this Statement of Work for Services, under the provisions of the Agreement and the Services Supply Agreement. This Statement of Work shall commence on 18 August 2025 and automatically terminate on 17 November 2025 unless otherwise stated by MTN. MTN reserves the right to terminate services with prior notice to the THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER whenever necessary.
