Commercial Representative (Path to Sales Lead)

We’re looking for a proactive Commercial Representative who is eager to learn and ready to step up into a Sales Lead role.

The challenge

You’ll support both outbound and inbound sales—researching prospects, reaching out via LinkedIn, email, and phone, qualifying inquiries, and helping book demos.
Along the way, you’ll master modern sales techniques, leverage AI-powered tools, and grow into a leadership position in our fast-paced SaaS startup.

Skills required

- Positive attitude and strong desire to learn—mindset matters more than experience
- Excellent written and verbal English (other languages a plus)
- Comfort prospecting via email, phone, and social media
- Interest in using AI-driven sales tools (e.g., sequence automation, lead scoring)
- Team player who collaborates easily with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams

Salary and Conditions

Location: Funchal, PT

Salary up to: 1000€/month

Worksite type: On-site and Remote

Contract type: Employee only
