Customer Success Specialist
We’re seeking for someone with experience providing training to grow into the role of Customer Success Specialist.
The challenge
You’ll run live workshops, create comprehensive training programs, and host webinars and video tutorials — all while building lasting relationships and ensuring our users adopt Sprint CV’s features to their fullest.
Some tasks:
- Design and deliver live onboarding workshops and regular feature-update trainings
- Develop and maintain a structured curriculum: user guides, FAQs, quick-start sheets, and video tutorials
- Host monthly webinars to introduce new features and best practices
- Gather learner feedback and iterate on training content and formats
- Act as the voice of the customer: surface insights and improvement ideas to Product and Engineering
- Keep a well-organized library of all training assets accessible in our knowledge base
Skills required
- Excellent spoken and written English (other languages will be an added value)
- Proven experience designing and delivering instructor-led training (in-person or virtual)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical exercises
- Comfortable creating training content in multiple formats (slide decks, written guides, screencasts, quizzes)
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset
- Collaborative team player who can liaise with Product, Sales, and Support
Salary and Conditions
Location: Funchal, PT
Salary up to: 1100€/month
Worksite type: On-site and Remote
Contract type: Employee only
