IT Recruiter to join a startup - Full remote
We are looking for a IT recruiter/HR admin (with or without experience) that will help us to help even more IT professionals to find an amazing new challenges in European Institutions like (European Commission, European Parliament, euLisa, EEAS, Europol, etc).
Are you up for a challenge in a start-up?
Perform well and you will become a key member that will take the lead of the recruitment team.
The challenge
Networking with IT professionals on LinkedIn;
Follow-up of candidates;
Interview IT professional and understand what the challenge that they are looking for is;
Review and help IT professionals to improve their CV;
Post job opportunities in Sprint CV and LinkedIn;
We envision a person that in two years will become the head of recruitment at Sprint CV;
Skills required
A very good level of English (C1), interviews and job posts are will be in English, other languages, like French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian is an added value
Soft skills and really love with human interaction and understand people motivations;
Organized and proactive (we will not be micromanaging your work);
Dynamic and optimist, any problem is also an opportunity and there is always a solution;
Person that likes to travel and meet different people, you will be speaking with candidates all over Europe;
Willing to learn a lot;
Good writing skills and content creation experience is an added value;
Previous experience in IT and/or recruitment is an added value;
Ambition and attitude;

Location: Brussels, BE
Worksite type: Remote only
Contract type: Freelancer only

Training and coaching in IT recruitment;
Full-remote and full-flexibility (you will be measured by your results, not by the hours that you spend in the office);
Base salary + individual and team results bonus.
