Social Inclusive Finance Technical Assistance Platform Admin Support

About this position
We have an opening to work as a Admin Support freelance at the EIB, in the fi-compass project, to support the Bank in its Social Inclusive Finance Technical Assistance (SIFTA) Platform. This position will allow you to join EIB Advisory Services as external expert, and contribute to key EU initiatives on social inclusive financing under InvestEU, to be part of the fi-compas advisory expert pool and participate in EU wide scale events and projects.
The challenge
1. Contribution to the Social Inclusive Finance Technical Assistance (SIFTA) under InvestEU Advisory:
- Participate in coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Draft key implementation documents, such as guidelines and work plans for service providers delivering technical assistance.
- Monitor legal documents and manage the application process of beneficiaries, from service requests to advisory agreement (ASA) signatures.
- Provide additional support to ensure the successful implementation of the SIFTA program.
2. Contribution to the fi-compass Advisory Platform:
- Assist in the preparation, finalization, and distribution of essential documents (letters, notes, reports, presentations, graphs, etc.).
- Manage information flow to ensure the smooth running of activities.
Support capacity-building activities for Managing Authorities and the European Commission.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing studies and reports on financial instruments, covering topics such as micro-entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and skills & education.
3. Contribution to New Advisory Platforms or Assignments:
- Participate in coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Draft implementation documents, including guidelines and work plans for technical assistance delivery.
- Monitor legal documents and beneficiary applications, ensuring a seamless process from service requests to ASA signature.
Skills required
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or stakeholder engagement on social finance, microfinance and technical assistance programs.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of platform and stakeholders management .
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level).
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, ensure timely document preparation, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with digital tools/platforms.
