About this position
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create high-quality designs for prestigious EU institutions such as:
● The European Commission
● The European External Action Service
● The European Investment Bank
Your designs will play a crucial role in engaging audiences and amplifying the message of EU campaigns.
The challenge
● Design visually striking materials, from digital campaigns to print publications.
● Ensure compliance with EU branding and communication guidelines.
● Collaborate with teams to create designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
● Balance creative expression with strategic objectives under tight deadlines.
Skills required
● Expertise: Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful projects.
● Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), good knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma...) and Procreate.
● Knowledge: Understanding of visual communication principles and branding, balancing illustration, digital content formatting, press-production and typography skills, and in basic front-end development (HTML and CSS).
● Advantage: Experience working on EU projects or campaigns is highly valued.
● Language Skills: C1-level English proficiency (or equivalent) for effective communication.
